Liphook GB Company Director Blake Missing Saturday Divisions because I was the Rugby Captain. Some pillock making me ponce about in boats on the river - what was all that about? Did 16 years service eventually becoming a PWO(CEW), thoroughly enjoyed all my time especially the 2 years in Hong Kong, my time in Beaver and Cornwall. Left in 2000 after getting crooked at rugby. Joined a small internet gambling start up based in Guildford where by coincidence a certain Mid Davis was the Marketing Director. I soon got rid of him and became the COO. Moved to another start up developing new tracking technology for horse racing, listed it on AIM then subsequently shut it down, long story. Spent the last 12 months as a contractor with the Football Pools but am now looking to set up a new Health and Fitness business. Married Jane in 1988 and have two grown up kids Alexandra (20) and Chris (18).

Ottawa CA Contract Consultancy - Maritime and Infrastructure Security Blake Grad Tech Burning my balding patch on DTS and then having to wear a beret at morning muster. V painful! Having treated BRNC as a school ground, my next few years where a little disjointed until I eventually became a Mine Clearance Diving Officer in 91. Two statutory MCD sea jobs bouncing around in little boats were followed by a string of fun jobs that included 4 mths in Hong Kong during the drawdown, Boss of FDU2, Experimental Diving ProjO at DCIEM Toronto, two years purgatory back in the Portsmouth HQ as punishment for so much fun, and then 3 years on loan service running the Omani Navy's diving team. Leaving the RN and emigrating to Canada Aug 08, I took 7 months off (3 skiing in Whistler) but the 2008 economic downturn foiled my new career ambitions, so I ended up back in RN uniform on a 6 month FTRS contract in the Portsmouth HQ in March 09. The Career Managers then tempted me with a 2 year FTRS contract back in Canada (Ottawa) as probably the only Reservist on an overseas exchange appointment. Completing my FTRS contract in Ottawa in Oct 11, still unsure what to do, I then put on an RCN uniform. But I remained stuck behind an Ottawa HQ desk for another 2½ years and decided the next options were even less fun, so I ditched the RCN in Aug 14. Since then I have been working on an occasional subcontracting basis. My long term view is that work is severely overrated, so I have bought a piece of land overlooking a lake in the untamed interior of BC, and next year intend to build a large cedar log house and live the laid-back BC dream in semi-retirement.

Tatsfield GB Company Director Blake (of course!) How can you pick one? Finishing PLX felt pretty good, but doing 2 lengths to pass my swim test as I was so slow that the PO thought I'd done 4 was awesome! Coming down with Appendicitis during a lecture. The definition of a pain in the arse! Decided to resign at the beginning of 1987 following a car crash and missing out on 6 weeks of OOW course. Marriage seemed preferable to fishery protection duties. Decided to make love, not war! Started my first business in '89 setting up a contract cleaning company, set up a creative marketing company back in '96 and set up my current medical staffing business in '02, which is going pretty well. Been married 21 years now to Lisa (we met in '86 whilst home on a weekend pass from HMS Minerva) and have two great sons, Joshua, who's now coming up on 24! and is a qualified Operating Department Practitioner and Lewis who's 22, graduated last year and is now working in the family business. Despite playing in goal and up front for the college football team I took up rugby at 24 and enjoyed 10 great years of concussions and manual facial re-arrangement before a torn ACL finally brought it to an end. The big thing these days is Tennis and the occasional round of golf when invited. Really looking forward to seeing the class of '85 again and to hearing about what everyone's been up to since. Married for 26 years now! Boys are 22 and 23 and both working in the family business. Still playing tennis on the rare occasion when all parts are in semi-operational order. Looking forward to the 30th reunion and hopefully to seeing even more of you scran-bags than last time.

Edinburgh GB Human Resources Manager Blake Division (Ho) Looking back now, they are all pretty good. Hiding behind a hedge on a squad run and dropping in at the back unseen (With Mid Cheesley I believe) gave one a sense of bucking the system and winning a small victory - for once. PLX with a certain well loved Blake Division Staff Officer leading from the land rover. Did my eight years as required, most of it spent doing every job there was on Hunt Class MCMV\'s. In the illustrious company of such luminaries as Mid Davis and Mid Welch. Based in Rosyth most of my time and ended up staying in Edinburgh on completion. Working in the charity sector for the last 12 years and still in touch with several of the Blake Old Boys and associated hangers on from other Divisions. Married to Linda, 2 girls at primary school and growing up too fast. A change of direction, now working for myself and promoting a charity that provides housing advice to veterans and those leaving the armed forces so back dealing with people in uniform again. Still involved in HR work too, setting up a company working specifically among the charitable sector in central Scotland. Uploaded a parade ground phot from passing out, a game of Name that Midshipman.

Palmerston North NZ Doctor Blake Division (what, were there others?) Orchestrating the relocation of Richard Swarbrick's cabin to the rugby field - yes that's right Richard: it was me all along. Saturday morning divisions - except Mayoral Divisions when I got a fit of the giggles that spread through the Division like wild fire. Attended Guildford School of Acting on a scholarship and became a jobbing actor in the UK. Returned to NZ and carried on acting. Also directed and produced and wrote a bit of comedy. Mainly theatre work but a bit of TV and film too. Threw it all in to do something a bit more meaningful with my life, and went to Medical School. Now in my 3rd year as a doctor and really enjoyng it. Planning to be a country doctor, and to that end I've just embarked on the post-grad diploma in Obstetrics.
Lived with a high maintenance woman for a few years (big mistake). No kids. Was enjoying being my own man again, but have now met the girl of most of your dreams.
